Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed for NFAccount ("NFAccount," "We," or "Us").

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided if your physical hardware is not capable of starting and obtaining basic functionality of the software. "Basic functionality" is defined as the software's ability to successfully read memory from the target process or as the software's ability to perform it's advertised task. Once the software has successfully started and basic functionality is achieved, you are also no longer eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the issue.

A "Lifetime" purchase establishes a minimum 18-month term, granting perpetual access to the product until discontinued. If discontinued before the 18-month term expires, you may be eligible for a partial refund, the amount of which is determined at our sole discretion.

3. Hardware Purchases

All hardware sales are final. Hardware products purchased through NFAccount are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, compatibility issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product. By purchasing hardware from NFAccount, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued once the order has been placed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be provided for any other reasons.
  • All hardware purchases are final and non-refundable without exception.
  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you believe you deserve a refund, contact support.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
